Quick question about FB ads for FB Pages

I have heard in the past that if you are creating FB ads for a Facebook Page, the ad will get approved immediately, without a manual review....

Is this true?

If so, will they eventually review the ad & Page?

not true. You'll still have to wait for the ad to be approved.

That being said, I've personally noticed that they're a lot more relaxed about what they approve. I've had many ads rejected and then after making a "page" and resubmitting the same ads (now pointing at the page), they get approved. I've stopped running a lot of the ads that are pointing at my pages and I still get quite a few conversions coming from them.
