Want to share an office in NYC? (8)
I just leased out an office space in the WeWork community right across from the Empire State building.. I have 4 desks and since its more space than I really need I am thinking of opening up a few of the desks to anybody in the space looking to get out of the house and work from a real office.. It would be about $700/month you'd have your own desk and we'd work in the same general space. Yes, it has a window

The offices are nice and clean.. Coffee/water/refridgerators/screening room/conference rooms there's even a recording studio there for some reason.

That's awesome, I can't stress how much better I worked when I had an office in Melbourne haha. At home and being the only one its so easy to get sidetracked, but when you have people in the room it almost feels like pressure to get shit done and also being in a room full of affiliates, well its a fucking blast.
I would take up this opportunity any day of the week if I lived in NYC! Even if you're having trouble getting started in AM working in a crew will get you going up the ranks so much faster! That's a really sick looking work environment too!

I don't know about a DSL line but it comes with 100+mbps internet
$650/month works for me.. No lease or anything like that
That's a sweet deal, and a nice looking office.
Working with other affiliates is MEGA motivation and gets you working hard. The ideas start flowing right away
