Gents, I'm suspecting some of you are using SiteScout's Ad Server. I recently signed up with them and for over a week I've been trying to set up server to server tracking without much success. Image pixel and other types of pixels works great but everythime offer uses server to server tracking, it just doesn't work for me. I've been in contact with them a few times and they are quite resposive, however I still can't understand if I'm doing something wrong or if it's something on the network side. Any of you had a similar problem when setting up? If so, how did you solve it?
What are you using?
I'm taking the URL portion of the image pixel and adding it as a postback to the network. Plus adding another value to the end of the poback URL. Sitescout asked me to use {CPACODE} value. Have you used Sitescout server to server?
SiteScout's S2S does not work. Their postbacks are broken and you will see about 20-50% of your conversions being tracked. They are meant to work on a solution but its very frustrating for the time being.
Contact support and help by putting pressure on them to get this sorted.
In all other ways SS is awesome!!!
They are great. But I do need this feature to work and it seems like they have a workaround, just not able to implement it for some reason. Are there other adservers who have this S2S tracking ironed out?
