Replacement for Spyder Bulk Ad Uploader

Anybody know of a replacement for the Spyder Bulk Ad Uploader that was sold on WF a while back?

Is the Power Editor reliable? As in, will it drop some hard cookie or whatever you call it on your PC and link up all the accounts you use on that PC even with VPN.

IMO you should use something like VMware and make virtual machines for each account, then use a specific VPN/proxy inside there for that account. Put a txt file on the desktop noting the exact VPN that must always be used. Will avoid the complications of cookie problems, and running tonnes of Win XP/7 VM's is a piece of cake.
