I needed some help / advice / guidance on a generalized workflow involving Lead Nurturing ( email not social ) . Generalized so that It can be done in different niches.
Somethings on building a content map , drip campaigns (for different segments of the list) , compliance checks etc for the email marketing campaign .
A general method for like keeping the list fresh longer (hopefully for 2-3 months not much longer) , increasing backend profits , etc .
My main goal is to build a team(s) for this task and how to guide them for this.
I have a worked on CPA for sometime so I can handle building a list and but want to outsource (to some extent) the plan and work later on from SLO to the backend .

Do You mean you wanna create a list and need a general idea of how to proceed with it? i mean the type of content to be delivered to the list?

Yes something on those lines .But building a team for nurturing from followups ,segments to higher level manual nurturing also .?
Anything on this
