Do you run it directly with upforit affiliate network, or though other networks?
I registered at upforit.com affiliate program. They say "Pay Per Lead program is based on the % of sales"..

You need to hit up an AM there to hook you up with custom payouts.
Their public program is pretty bad , I don't think anyone uses it without talking to an AM.
