Hi guys!

I just wanted to let you all know that we've added to our offer list a bunch of casual offers for Northern European countries, and they're REALLY blowing up right now. Don't miss a chance to test our BeNaughty offer for Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. You can find these and other offers along with the public rates we pay here: http://affiliates.cupid.com/offers/programs

Other than the offers above, I can suggest everyone interested to test the following casual offers that are converting well right now:

Web: Flirt US, Flirt CAN, Flirt BRA, BeNaughty IN, Flirt AUS
Mobile: WildBuddies US, BeNaughty US, BeNaughty CAN, BeNaughty AU, BeNaughty FR

Bu the way, these are not the only countries available: we have 19 countries on our list at the moment, and you can find them all here: http://affiliates.cupid.com/offers/programs

Also, PlanetSappho.com US and CAN are doing a good job, so if you have lesbian traffic this would be your first choice.

If you would like to give these offers a try please sign up here Feel free to contact me at rusyaev@cupid.com or Skype vladimir.rusyayev I can guide you on setting up your campaign and directly introduce you to one of our AMs

Hi rusyaev

I hear great things about Cupid.

How often do you guys pay affiliates?

Thank you.

Hi sandyone,

Thanks for your interest! Normally we pay our affiliates monthly Net15, but if your commission exceeds $2,000 per week you’ll be paid weekly. Although, once you hit $1,000 per week we can discuss bi-monthly payments.

03-29-2013 04:37 PM #11 numerouno (Member)

I really like Cupid, they're a great company to work with and I've been working with them for 2 years.

However, one thing I dislike, is when you guys pause campaigns at the end of months, especially just before the most profitable weekend in dating (Easter). This can be really difficult to manage.

Also, for this payment thing, I just asked my AM and he tells me I can't get paid weekly, even if I run in average 1.5k to 2k daily, and ran more than 6 figures since I've started to work with you guys.

03-29-2013 04:43 PM #12 leeches (Member)

I ran a fairly small amount with Cupid PLC and it's the only time I have ever not been paid by a network. Yes I agreed to the 4% conversion when signing up but considering I was running same ad and lander as everyone else, I find it hard to believe mine converted any less better than anyone else. Again I ran just some small test traffic and only did around $600 in revenue but fuck that felt really shitty. The AM was less than helpful and basically ignored my emails. Hell even EWA eventually paid me but not these guys.

So you admit you were fully aware of the 4% rule and yet you still bash them for not paying you? Ads/Landers aren't the only things that influences quality. The traffic source and targeting are equally important.

03-29-2013 05:36 PM #14 leeches (Member)

I not happy with them for their lack of response to me to try explain why this happened. Bashing them? I don't think so. My data showed everything was all good in Cupid. All signs showed everything was running smoothly and to keep pushing it. I definitely didn't receive a notification that those leads were bad. By email or through the interface.

My competition was running to Cupid and sending way more traffic than I was. After a few weeks of seeing this, I thought I would go through the exact same source and link out to same cupid lander. It's the only reason I signed up to try it. I'm just telling everyone what happened to me. I'm happy it has worked out for you but I see no reason not to give the forum a heads up from my experience. It's not all fucking roses.

03-29-2013 06:20 PM #15 numerouno (Member)

FYI guys, rusyaev has already contacted me, explained a lot of things that I didn't know of and is working very fast to make sure everything is all right for my campaigns.

Thanks for the help !

Tested an offer with them, and it didn't back out well for them - it was the offer that just isn't profitable for them apparently. Was paid on time, and my AM is incredibly responsive. Would love to work with these guys again in the future.

Hi leeches,

I'm sorry your test didn't go well. It's true that we have the 4% conversion requirement that affiliates have to meet. However, I want to note that if you miss the target but your conversion is >0% we simply adjust your payout but you still get paid. The only time we don't pay at all is when your conversion is 0%, i.e. when your traffic generates 0 sales. Unfortunately, we can't pay for such traffic since it generates no value on our sites. I suspect in your case this is precisely what has happened. If you want, you can PM me or email me rusyaev@cupid.com with you details I can check the account for you.

While our AMs check the incoming traffic and ask affiliates to pause inefficient campaigns on a regular basis, it's an affiliate's job too to make sure the traffic is converting. The best way to do it is to check sales in your account. If you're running a PPL offer, you can check the box "Goal" in your report, and then all sales (if any) will have the word Sale in the new column Goal in the report table. If there are no sales after a decent amount of leads sent, it's a good indication that your campaign isn't working well.

Finally, as pokersensei has pointed out above there are more factors that help to create an efficient campaign than using the same Ads/Landers. Even if you're using the same source, there are lots of other things (including targeting) your competitors might do to make their campaigns work that you might not be aware of. Just like with any business opportunity there's always a risk when you're running our affiliate offers. But while one tests don't work out, plenty of other affiliates make good money on the same offers.

Hey grieve, thanks for your post! What offer did you test with us? Also, what kind of offers you could test now (what platform (web/mobile/Facebook), what kind of sites (casual/mainstream/niches) and in what countries)? I'm just curious, maybe there is something we can offer you at the moment.

rusyaev,

I've a quick question. I just started out with Cupid middle of last month. Now today (first of the month) all my previous conversions vanished from reports. Is this some end of month reporting issue?

Thanks!

Hi chrisd,

Thanks for contacting us and sending me a private message with your details. I'm looking into your account right now. I suspect there's an issue of quality (0% conversion) and that's why your leads got rejected. I'll PM you with more details on this.

Thanks!

Hmm... somethings really wrong here Rusyaev. You pay CPL in risk of you not getting conversions... not so you can play god on payments

I and one of our AMs have spoken to chrisd today. We've explained that the reason why his leads got rejected was that his lead2sale conversion was 0%. There is a clear statement that we requires at least 4% lead2sale conversion for all our web CPL offers (2% for mobile CPL offers), otherwise the payout may be revised. An affiliate has to accept this condition (check the box) before he can even run a lead offer. If an affiliate's conversion is lower than 4% we adjust the requirement accordingly to reflect the price that we can pay for the traffic that generates lower value than expected. However, if this traffic conversion is 0% it means it generates no value on our sites, and we can't pay for such traffic. There is no playing God on payments. This condition is mandatory and straightforward, and everybody who meets the target gets paid the full rate (or gets an adjusted payout in case his conversion is <4% but >0%).

Fair enough, never worked with you guys direct so didn't know it was outlined

Hi,Rusyaev
I started a follow along, adult mobile. One of offers I'm promting is m.BeNaughty ( 1154). I have generated around 134 leads so far, 113 out of 134 today.
I Have been trying to contact Cupid for a while. Firstly for testing link, now for quality checking. My AM is no longer taking care of affiliate business due to splitting business. My email was forwarded to another AM Anna, I have not received her replay yet.
Since I started to promote cupid offer, I have not received any information from Cupid. I know Cupid is strict, many rules there, that's why I need help to get quality report and keep improving the qualities,So the lead will be backing out in you end.
I'm full time on this business and serious about it.
Could you please help me reach my AM, your help will be appreciated.
Sean.

@Toofy ... did you get any response from them?

Stackers ... anyone know if it's worth promoting their offers, or have things changed there "due to splitting business" (in Toofy's words)? Been no response to Toofy's post in almost 3 weeks now.

Hey guys

I am adding my CPV Lab's Postback URL to Cupid PLC.

I added "subid=xxc1xx" to the end of my image pixel.

Is this the correct URL:

http://thedatingguru.com/adclick.php?subid=xxc1xx

* Contacted my AM, but he is not sure.

Just checked out the Cupid network, but I can't see payouts for any of the offers? Anyone else experiencing this problem?
And what was the parameter for passing back the subid? xxc1xx?

You can't get links yourself apart from CPS so better contact someone there and set also up CPL with custom payouts.

10-24-2013 08:40 PM #39 kabouter (Member)

Oh, that's weird I can actually get a link, wasn't planning on running anything though only to find out I'm not getting paid/the payout is very low.

p.s. I can't see any payouts either for the CPS. Just have to wait on a response then.

kabouter, you can contact either me (skype vladimir.rusyayev) or dedicated affiliate manager Dmitry (skype dima_affiliate) in regards to traditional/niche offers and payouts as well as available product/countries. As far is our affiliate platform is concerned it is being redeveloped right now for affiliates so unfortunately some sections there might be inactive. But like I stated our team can help you with any questions you might have.
