Sorry for the delayed response for your email as I was out of office for 2 days as it was my week off.

As mentioned in my previous email, your account has been suspended due to the promotion of #####.com These sites are in violation of our advertising policies. While we understand that you may not own these sites, or that it's not possible for you to make changes at the moment, all advertisers are responsible for the content they advertise, which includes the ads, keywords, and websites they choose to use.

Pausing or deleting the affected campaigns, ad groups, or websites won't remove the suspension status. In other words, we can no longer accept any ads promoting the suspended sites until those suspended sites comply with our advertising policies.

Please refrain from opening any new AdWords accounts, as we'll suspend any newly created accounts when created. Please understand that the decision to suspend your AdWords account was made after a careful review of your account and the website pro
moted through your ads.

Thank you for the reply and I hope you enjoyed your time off.

Please don’t take this personally as I completely understand that your hands are probably tied, but I would very much like to talk to someone on the phone that has the authority to re activate the account about this situation as I think it’s grossly unfair.

Google are basically saying that unless I change a site that I have no control over and have no interest in advertising again I cannot advertise our business. This makes no sense and I can’t understand the logic behind it. I was under the impression that Google want local businesses to advertise with them and judging by the amount of literature Google send to us regarding opening an account, it would appear as though that’s very much the case.

Regarding the site you have suspended the account over, I have checked the guidelines and I can’t see how the site violates them. In fact, I would go as far to say that it complies completely with them.

With all the above in mind can you please supply me with a telephone number to talk to someone about this ridiculous situation as someone at Google must have the authority to overturn this decision.
