HELP HELP!!! Newb Looking for his first CPA network!

Hey Guys,

Hope you're all well. I've been looking for my first CPA Network through offervault and wanted to know who would be the best to go with. I'm looking for a CPA network that:

If you have any suggestions please let me know. I've tried to join Adsimilis but was rejected for been too newb... they said I needed someone to vouch for me (any takers willing to help a brother out?).
A little about myself:
I’m a marketing major with 4 years digital experience. Within my 4 years I’ve worked at a creative agency and 2 online publishers in ad operations, display & performance strategy department (On mobile, tablet and web). During my four years I’ve become proficient at the following: SEO, SEM, SMO, Display & Performance advertising (PPC/CPC, CPA, CPM, CPMa, CPMc and Fixed/Sponsorship), website structure design (within publisher sites and private websites), digital consumer journey strategy, Behavioural Targeting, content commissioning and content ‘concepts’ (advertorial and editorial content- videos, blogs, galleries or articles), digital plans/Schedules and finally, graphic design (more of a hobby... but i did study it as part of my degree).

I really believe that I will do well at affiliate marketing… I just need a chance to prove myself!

Hope you can help and please feel free to message me anytime.

Best regards,

Masimas (FYI- means more and more ☺ )

If you haven't found one yet..try MaxBounty, they pay weekly and aren't too anal with accepting affiliates. They will call you after submitting your application for a mini interview.

It won't hurt to apply for a bunch of different networks either, call them after submitting your application to increase your chances and at the very least, speed up the process.

Also, say that you are a member of STM and serious about your AM career.

Use http://www.offervault.com/ and http://odigger.com/ to find networks with offers you want to run (beware that sometimes a higher payout can mean the network simply shaves you to hell). Then look up their rating/reviews on http://www.affpaying.com/ take these reviews with a grain of salt though because it isn't too hard for networks to post fake ratings/reviews.
