mobile traffic on sitescout: smaato, mopub.. (6)

mobile traffic on sitescout: smaato, mopub..

in tithe process of trying this out, without too much luck so far, and noticed they can't isolate wifi traffic.
has anyone here had any luck with that type of traffic so far?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I think mopub is only for selling traffic (ie: monetizing apps)...not for buying traffic.

Wifi works for certain things. You have to test.

Wifi = unparalleled volume so it can be a goldmine if you find the secret sauce.

Test everything.

But I always recommend making an offer work on carriers first, then expanding to wifi @ lower bids for scale.

I've had some successes with Sitescout mobile, specifically a US wap credit report offer , a CA game app and UK dating so shows you can get most things working. However what I'm finding is that most of the traffic available comes from only a handful of sites (Grindr, Meetme, Zedge) so if you have to optimise these out then traffic is limited.

You can advertise on those via human demand too + you can turn of wifi. Good traffic
