Need help setting up "append token" in cpvlab

Need help understanding CPVLab append token

I am trying to track multiple Facebook ads - they are selling the same product, but I want to track each of them separate.

With the link cpvlab gives you, they give you an "append token" (&keyword=EDIT). I don't really understand how to set this up properly to track each ad separately.

??

I use Demon Tracking but I suspect this is the same. Although I am about to swap to CPVLab!

For each Ad I pass a different &keyword=. So what I usually append the Ad Title so &keyword=D2534IM1 for Ages 25 to 34 Image 1.

Once you alter it all of your ads will be pending once again! And you know how long Facebook can take! :-)

For this I don't you need to use extra tokens. Just take your tracking link (which ends in &keyword=EDIT) and replace EDIT with a unique identifier for each ad (ad1, ad2 etc).

do as you wish, using extra tokens makes it easier to manipulate data in excel/pivot tables
