If an advertiser/network doesnt pay up and says they didnt like the quality or leads didnt back out for them, and refuse to pay up, can you get a lawyer and sue them? I have business lawyer that I go to quite often and he says that he would be glad to sue any and everybody that owes me money. (also he said that based off of "quality issues" its all bullshit pretty much and that they need some concrete violations or something that I did fraudulent to be able to defend themselves in court) He charges just a few hundred bucks for the initial letter, and 30% or so if it goes to court and we win. Thats not too bad for me, as just some money is good money for me and knowing that those assholes didnt get to keep any of it.
But anyways I wanted to hear some of your guys experiences with this and any ideas/suggestions/experiences?
As Ryan Eagle would say "Fuck you Pay me!"
Ofcourseeee!!!!!
Sue them, if you know that you havent done anything shady
Couple years back a network refused to pay out for exact same reason (thats their most common reason) - I just sued them and before it even went anywhere I had the payment wired.
