New to the forum and looking for some help.
I have a product I'd like heavily promoted and do not have a lot of experience in the IM field. It is in the fantasy sports + gambling vertical.
I would like to hire someone in either a salaried or commission-based position that could get my offer out to plenty of affiliates and or networks. Ideally, they could teach me or explain what they are doing along the way, so I could be of better service to them.
This project has a big budget and I'm looking for the best way to gain maximum exposure in the IM landscape having potentially hundreds of affiliates exposed to the product.
Anyone have any suggestions on where to find a good manager, or what to look for in a potential candidate?

Tough one as their rep becomes dependent on you. One of my ex AM's went to work for one of our merchants and that merchant had huge payment issues and has trashed his rep.
As far as affiliate managers that can bring 100's of affiliates to the table I think that person is very very few and far between or doesn't exist at all. You're much better off talking about your vertical and maybe asking for someone that know a handful of good people in that vertical.
