Can you create a FB fanpage as your lander and redirect that to a low mywot offer without getting banned? I heard somewhere that this helps in getting low mywot offers approved and even not be banned for it.
You can get red-rated offers through using a lander, whether it be a fanpage or an offsite lander. If the reviewer decides to click through when checking it obviously won't work. Doing it via a fanpage is the same. They will buy you time only. The banhammer will follow.
