Hey guys,
I want to create a landing page to collect leads via a fairly lengthy form (maybe 15 fields), and have it insert the data into some sort of customer relationship management software (or at the very least starting out, a Google Spreadsheet). I could do this myself but would prefer to save time by hiring a programmer / designer who could do the whole project for me (design the page, write the php to make the form work).
Does anyone have any advice on this? Any good services / people out there you would recommend? What should I expect to pay for this kind of work?

Programming tasks need to stay in Eastern Europe for sure.
