Instant Ad Disapprovals

Make sure you're not using images or ad copy that's been disapproved before.

^^ this, also make sure whether FB BOT is going to the right page or not. When you enter url on that box and press enter, FB automatically fetches page information there you can match whether its getting your target page or not.

I knew about the images.. but i did not know about the ad copy part.
If it is a image issue just edit one pixel and reup it.. that should work

@spamalot: I was having ads disapproved because they were checking the link from a non qualifying Country so never got to the Offer page but sent to one of those crappy surveys!

I now have a Geo-Redirection script for each offer that sends all non qualifying traffic to either the offer URL without my Aff Links so they CAN see the offer or to another similar offer that IS valid in their Country!

I was running an Amazon gift card offer for US traffic so I sent UK and CA traffic to Amazon with my Amazon Affiliate link so at least if they bought something I would earn something from their click! :-) (This is not Facebook traffic)

I'm constantly getting Fan Page ad disapproval's. I'll send them to a iframe app that redirects to a friendly site and still none the less I'm getting approvals that sometimes take awhile/and some instant. This has been going on for several weeks. Any solutions for my dilemma?

Thanks,

Dub

This can also happen if you take a picture directly from ad spy tool if that picture was disapproved before, as @corp said.

What you can do is edit just 1 pixel of the picture to make it unique again. Save and reuplod. If the auto disapproval happens again, it is something else that is banned or flagged, not the image.

Are you able to finish the ad creation? Or getting a error code in the campaign creation box?

Oddly enough once I took all of the fanpage ads over to regular direct linking ads they all get approved, I kid you not every single one. Anyone have any reasoning behind as to why every single fanpage ad would get disapproved but the direct linked ones managed to get through?

Thanks,

-Matt

Without doing it multiple times on different days it's hard to exclude it just being different reviewers.

@zeno: That is what I meant by Facebook are idiots! Absolutely no consistency!

Humans are naturally inconsistent creatures.

@zeno: Agreed! That is why businesses have Terms of Business in place!

Guys, if this instant ad disapproval has been happened, in my case because of images that belonged to banned campaigns, however they would then simply disapprove ALL submitted ads that were submitted at the same time as the banned ones... - does that mean that that domain wont get any ads approved anymore? Like flagged? Or can the same URL in a whole new campaign on the same account work?

Literally no Fanpage ads will go through for me, I've tried several different days multiple times etc. DL are the only ones sticking for me. Weird!

Hate to bump a thread that I am the last response to, but is anyone having success getting fan pages ads through that lead to say a static iframe?

Best,

Matt

Works fine for me - lander in fanpage tab.

Zeno, thanks for dropping in for a response. Greatly appreciated. Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong as I've been using just a redirect to lander vs the lander in the actual tab. If you don't mind divulging, which "static iframe" app are you using? I've always used the Static Iframe Tab with 17,000,000+ monthly users.

I'm not quite sure what you mean - do you have an advert that goes to a page tab, which contains frame-breaking code to redirect the user outside of FB straight away? That would be a big no-no. I make the tab apps myself, don't want to use someone elses app. http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...ll=1#post91107

If you are pushing dating - this may happen because of targeting. For some countries you must use the option "interested in", for other countries you must not specify that.
