Building a landing page is really simple mate. Try looking into a WYSIWYG type program like Web Builder 8. I used to use Dreamweaver for ages, but switch to WB8 because its so much faster.

I usually just find a landing page somewhere that has the bare bones of what I want (could be for any offer really) then it's super easy to just adjust colors, text, images etc. to your liking. You could grab a match.com lander (if you liked the style) and turn it into an adult dating lander in very little time.
