Unknown PPV pops on my computer? (8)
This started a few weeks ago. I look at a lot of ads, see how people build their lists etc like most of us but I can't figure out where or how I managed to
install something with mal or spyware. It seems to pop only on one or two sites I visit (right now).
I'm really more curious if anybody knows how this was done and where I
could look into buying inventory. These appear to be the ad servers used.

uwavou.com
They make up around 20% of the upstream each from alexa. Not to mention these full page pop sites are all in the top 1k to 5k alexa in the USA. We are talking about major
traffic in a month or less.
Any ideas?

Ok so I click on a link from my FB feed which opened the link (Mashable) and was almost done loading when the page completely redirected (in the same window) to this same group of sites that rotate through at 15 urls but are all the same thing. Avast stopped it from opening mid-redirect on http://coutsurvey.net. I looked at the source code and the redirect was happening on http://click.jve.net/ which appears to be affiliate.com based not just on the logo but also alexa. I thought this might have been some form of ppv but it appears to be malware. Has anyone seen this? Is this some sort of offer in affiliate.com? The jve.com redirect did have a subid.
I could make a lot of money if I had the ability to redirect users in the same window 
TV has some new ad type they are running that does a new tab full page advertisement, it's not open to affs though. Was it like that?
No it was in the same window. It doesn't happen often but definitely same window. The page just decided to redirect to this site. I've had some malware before that would redirect an google search results and was a pain to get rid of. Pretty much the same thing except this looks like IM you see everywhere on PPV.

This was based on the alexa clickstream of one of the urls when I first decided to look at this. There are many urls and I'm sure the page layout is identical.
