how does he do this

Not sure if anyone can provide any suggestions, but I'm gonna ask.

I'm trying to figure how someone can target google for example as the keyword on adcenter. I've seen this mobile ad on adcenter. The ad displays www.aaa.com as the url (not google), and when you click on the ad, it goes to www.aaa.com, so I assume no cloaker is used.

I've tried doing it, but got automatically rejected with landing page not relevant. I also tried setting the landing page/destination url to google .. thought i try the bait and switch, but they did not work either.

Any idea's?

Probably cloaking to a different acceptable page on the domain?

Definitely Cloaked, no secret to it, recently saw a Raspberry Ketones offer displaying HRblock.com
