Best Hosting Options for PPV?

I recently ran some PPV traffic on a shared server and damn near blew it up. I had them throttle the traffic back significantly but it was still too much. I'd like to try more PPV traffic and know that I need to upgrade my server capacity. Are my options just to go to a VPS or a dedicated server? I currently use Hostgator.

No need for dedicated for now, just grab a VPS package from beyondhosting and scale just when you're comfortable with driving large amount of traffic on a daily basis.

Many people will recommend Beyond Hosting. That is what I am currently using and have no complaints so far. I have also seen Liquid Web recommended here too.

I'll +1 Beyond Hosting. Storm on Deman (Liquid Web) is good too. Either one will suit your needs.
