Can I just iframe the signup box from an offer and use my own landing page or is this how you get kicked off an offer?

Yes you can do it and it will, if done correctly, increase epcs. But you have to understand that once they fill out the form the dating site usually asks for more info like profile picture and goes on to creating the whole profile. With the iframe it will looks all buggy and messed up which may cause a good percentage of the users to be like wtf and never go to that original site and login...
