P202 Tracking pixel not firing

My p202 pixel isn't firing and I'm really at a loss as to why its not. I'm pretty sure I'm making some glaringly obvious mistakes though. I'll talk you through my setup in the hope that someone can spot something I'm doing wrong.

Add affiliate 5 urls to prosper in rotation.

http://peerfly.com/click.php?img=0&i...ubid2=&subid3=
(Note that I don't add anything to subid, could this be the problem?)

Add landing page to prosper.

Place code on my lander.

Add a go.php file and add it on my 'Join now' button.

Generate P202 tracking link for my lander.

I bought an SSL certificate so that I can use a https postback url.

Added postback url to peerfly account and added in some of their parameters:

https://subdomain.mysite.com/trackin...subid=%subid1%

Make sure you are passing the sub ID in your offer URLs! Otherwise PeerFly posts back with a blank sub ID (user/click) and p202 cannot update accordingly.

Offer URLs:
http://peerfly.com/click.php?img=0&i...f=00000&subid=[[subid]]&subid2=&subid3=

Do I just place [[subid]] into all of my affiliate links?

Why would you need multiple subids for the same link?

[[subid]] is just a tag replacement on p202's end. When you load your offer URLs into p202 (Setup > Campaigns) you need to add the tag replacements to the URLs so when a user clicks through to the offer, their unique click (subID) is passed along for tracking purposes. That's what those buttons are for underneath the affiliate URL textbox.

The other subIDs in the offer URL are for passing other variables and are not mandatory. In this case, you could pass extra information to be tracked on the affiliate networks end (subid2=[[c1]]&subid3=[[c2]]).
