Wondering what the latest / greatest way of getting a new adwords account set up and running is? I've been banned once before with one set of credit card information.
I have another 2 credit cards registered under my name (actually 3, but one i don't wish to use)...
What's usually the best way to do this?

Call them/email them, and ask if they can help you in un-banning your account.
Worked for me.
I've already been un-banned once..
Tried getting unbanned a second time.. pretty sure they were very adamant against lol.
I heard with adwords, it's good to set up an account under a business name and present yourself as a ppc campaign management agency instead of just an individual affiliate marketer.
i spoke to them today on the phone posing to promote a pizza business locally... they offered to set me up so long as i spent $12.00 per day.
it may not be a bad idea to j ust do it, let it run...
