I'm having a bit hard time coming up with an efficient workflow for managing 10 different segment campaigns for one offer - 5 year age groups, male & female. And this is just one offer so I need to get this solved before I start more.
My main issue is keeping track of what's happening with each campaign's creatives when I upload new creative batches that have new adcopy/image angles.
I have all tracking in place and homemade automation for testing so all creatives gets tested automatically and I know the numbers BUT the issue is more like having a feeling that I don't know what's happening where and more importantly, I feel like I'm not learning about my demographics.
I think all successful affiliates have wrestled with this at some point so I would appreciate if you could share how you manage the growing chaos. Tom Fang recommends separating campaigns in new campaigns and maintenance campaigns but I feel that if I place it in maintenance, it stops evolving and I stop learning.
I watched that AWESOME webinar about workflow and that's exactly why I'm writing this - I need to find more time to be working on converting campaigns and not constantly juggling whatswhere.
