At least they are doing it right. 30 day notice and paying everyone....kudos to them
Sad, I used to see their booth at every trade show...
I'm sure they reposition themselves slightly differently then just rebrand under a different name.
They are too deep in it and experienced to leave it all.
Yeah, really surprised to hear this too.
As mentioned above - they will be back in some guise...
