Getting 70% CTR through landing page, but no conversions, should I run my own offer?
Just getting started with PPV and I have been trying out email submit campaigns on LI and Media Traffic, I have been getting great landing page CTR but no conversions, I just wanted to know would it be more suitable for me to just run my own offer and collect emails or should I just try to find an offer that converts better?
Here is my LP, Stats, and Offer Page:

Haha god damn!
No conversions? Scrub city bro,
If you can try build out your own, BBrock posted about this in a thread about coreg

How about swapping your landing page for a squeeze page and capture email addresses (you could also pre-pop to the offer as well if its pre-poppable).
If the landing page CTR is really good (76% looks awesome. I dont know anything about PPV ctr, i presume thats really good!), you could make a squeeze page just like it but it could say something like "enter your email and find out where everyone is getting their free galaxy" or something more creative then you are building a list at the very least

Thanks for the advice, I read through the coreg offer set up, and I think I'm going to go that route and capture emails as well, this is my third test campaign like this and I keep getting High CTR but little to no conversions. I think the coreg path would be a lot more profitable.

You should ALWAYS collect email addresses when popping submits on PPV. That'll create a real long term business. Simple way is to collect their email with your own form and then redirect them to the real offer. With that being said if you're getting that kind of CTR and that number of clicks is you're either being scrubbed to death or there's something faulty in their pixel placement. Have your AM confirm and test the conversion pixel on that offer.

70% ctr sounds fishy to me (bot traffic) or something.

Gaming related websites, the top one was gamespot so I don't think it was because of low quality traffic, I think it was just the offer.

Leads of young / very people probably aren't converting well on the advertiser' side
Should this be case than you're getting scrubbed hard for that offer

Quality of leads is different from not converting at all.
At debonair - did you check to make sure the advertiser lp is showing properly in the pops?

Yeah I checked my landing page using the popup previewer here, but correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't it open a new window after they click through my LP?

Not necessarily. Install the adware on a vmware install and see what happens.

Try a similar offer from a different network too

yes and yes.
now the real advice:
according to your post count i assume you are just starting out with ppv traffic (correct me if i'm wrong). running email submits is really difficult unless you can really delivery good leads..even if you could deliver good leads you would make more money if you run your own email funnel. but thats more advanced stuff and overcomplicating things for now and doesn't help anyone
my advice: how about running coupon lead gen offers like groupon, livingsocial and so on...that way you could target the same audience..and use your current landingpages (maybe you have to change them slightly but it's the same audience..it's broad).....quality still has to be good...but less scrub than you'll have with regular (free iphone blabla ) email submits.
ps: watch out for fb apps in that niche..they can work really well..1 click conversions.....

Yeah, I have seen this with MediaTraffic. Bots are really easy to spot with tools like Clicktale that records mouse cursor. They try to move the cursor around programmatically but the movement is so robotic that no human moves mouse like that (except Hawkins).
I actually complained about this and I got reply that they have turned off one of their partners for my campaign that seems to be providing that traffic - after that views dropped like 80-70% but at least CTR was realistic.
If you want to prove that it's bots, you need to get some real evidence like IPs and screencaptures of the mouse movements. I complained with way less than that and Jimmy at MediaTraffic was still kind enough to refund for the paid views but I can't blame them for wanting more evidence.

Sounds like you're getting scrubbed pretty hard. You should really try to setup your own funnel.

Hmmm - that seems like an extraordinarily high CTR - are you sure it's legitimate?
If in the surprising case that it is legitimate, have you spoken to your network about the conversion rate?
It has to be either an inaccurate CTR or the offer isn't tracking...

Yeah I think you're right, it was through Media Traffic, and looking at some of the referrer sites it seems like Media Traffic is brokering the traffic through another cpv network. They're using srv-ad.com and dcpvxml.com
