Hey Guys,

change your webhost..they have no right to cancel your account because of a flog. thats just ridiculous..switch to stormondemand or beyondhosting and experience a professional hosting environment.. trust me you'll never look back. or leaseweb (non managed dedicated servers in NL,FR) if you need something bullettproof outside of the U.S. if you want to go 99% anonymous (although i don't think you need this unless you are doing really shady stuff :-)) send me a pm :-)

Someone probably called hostgator and threw a fit and they suspended you.

Just find a new host. And you should be back up and running in a matter of hours.

if you are running non compliant flogs in the us host your websites outside of the U.S + your company :-)

You are hosting your flogs on Hostgator, so I assume you're relatively new. Why not learn something thats actually allowed now, instead of trying to fight a increasingly harder system?

Wow, never heard of that? Guess its time to upgrade hosting.

hey karimelm,

I'm already into dating, credit reports and other uncommon niches that are having a steady consistent cash flow but it goes maxx to $5k to 8k , but flogs do get you rich very quick, like iv seen 300+ leads a day for about 3 months before this happened, so I assume the battle is worth fighting..

Chances are man.....(and my guess is your outside the usa) .....that your running that doc oz stuff ....or some other celeb thats all over fb....they sent a dcma to your host....maybe they tried to reach you by email you listed at the domain level...but maybe thats not valid or you don't check it....

host gator would only remove something they got a notice about....

you can surely setup at a new host but chances are its your tactics that got you canned...

and they will again...unless you run with a host who doesn't respond to notices....

and if you are in the usa and you were running that.....then I wish you the best of luck man ....and put a way a nice chunk for legal fees or spend it all before the FTC comes a knockin....

yes, you're right! I was indeed promoting with the Dr.Oz angle...but since im not from US, which host do you suggest, which does not respond to the DMCA notice?

I would tell you to change your angle....OZ is on a bit of a warpath atm....and the risk is getting to be greater than the reward....imo....

at some point your just gonna get yourself in trouble....I take these things as a shot across the bow to change course and become more creative in what I do....

you have been handed a warning.....the next time you may not be as lucky....
