Anyone have any recommendations on accounting software. Primarily looking to automate account reconciliation, keep track of money owed (+ GST when necessary), & invoice.

I'm a fan of inDinero
use xero...its pretty bare bones but it works well with almost any bank feed which is nice.....one thing quickbooks online wont tell you is that some banks aren't supported by the online version....BOA being a big one...but BOA works fine with xero....
xero is very custimizable though so if you wanted to integrate stuff with their api you could....
I use Xero it's bawse. Every accountant in NZ recommends it.
Fun fact/claim to fame: I think I created their first online marketing campaign, their office are 5 minutes walk from me.
Good stuff. Sold on Xero.
