PENDING for over 24 hours - IS THIS NORMAL? (22)

I submitted 4 campaigns yesterday, each containing 3 identical ads.
Over 24 hours later two of the ads in one campaign remain Pending. I find it odd as the third ad in that campaign, which is identical to the other two has been approved!

Completely normal. Approval times can range from instant to ridiculous, e.g. 24+ hours. Approvals happen on a per advert not per campaign basis so it's normal for identical ads to have staggered approval times.
Thanks @Zeno - I want to launch all the campaigns at the same time so I wish they'd hurry up!
You are right @zeno this is random! I put another set of campaigns about an hour ago and one of the campaigns has already been approved but I am still waiting for the last one from yesterday.
FB treats new accounts with lower priority it seems, after $XXX spend your ads are approved super fast.

i noticed the same thing happening today also.. big sweep!
I find they approve mine at like 4am est when I'm asleep so be aware that this could happen to you and don't set a huge budget / daily spend or you could wake up to - $500 which is not fun

Well, well, well!
I decided to edit both of the ads that had been pending for 48 hours. All I did was take off an exclamation mark that ended the description. Don't think the ! is important to what happened next BUT!
I hit save and would you believe within less than a minute they were both approved!
Do we think it is possible that on occasion an ad missed by the robots?
If anybody else is waiting like I did try it and see if it works!
Hmmm, this is weird.
I've uploaded a bunch of ads today, and I can see that they have been taken off.
They didn't just decline them, they have disappeared from my ads desktop :S

FB is always weird period. Just a fact of life unfortunately.
@packr I do use Power Editor. FB is just odd I guess.

@packr Try editing one character and see what happens after you save!
Editing just forces the advert to resubmit, so you will just be jumping back into the queue afresh. Depending on how their queuing systems work this could speed things up or delay things even more.
I had an ad take about 48 hours to get approved.
I also had an ad that I created get disapproved about 1 hour after I submitted it, while the other one had to wait 48 hours.
So I guess that's just how Facebook is.
For me it takes 24 hours
I've been waiting 40 hours now for a set of ads to be reviewed, never happened before. I bet they all get disapproved too.
