When buying placements on Adwords, how do I track what sites the clicks come from in 202? I've tried a few things but can't work it out for the life of me!
My tracking currently looks something like this --> domain.com?keyword={keyword}

use the the c1,c2,c3,c4 parameters for example. the tag is {placement} for adwords
