I found a very cheap INTL RON traffic source.
Im think of running some Diet offers from CB.
Can you recommend the best diet product ? or any other product that you think will do good, and accepts world wide traffic.

When you say CB, are you referring to ClickBank?
I don't promote diet personally, but I'm sure you'll find some urchins on here who do.
My advice would be to find some weight loss ads, click them, and see what offers are being used. If you go by the Adsonars and Pulse360s of the world, the offers on those platforms have got to be good converters to make the campaigns back out.
You might not have much luck finding offers that accept world wide traffic though... Depends how 'world wide' you really mean. Does the UK/USA plus Australia count?!
Try Market Health - they've got a ton of health/beauty offers that accept international traffic on almost any country.
