I'm about to open a premium account at clicksor because they would give you full service attention and such. To get that, 1k initial deposit is needed.
Do you have any experience with clicksor? good/bad?
quality of traffic, chances and percentage of it being fraudulent?
Cant say much about quality but they do some pretty crazy promos from time to time so be sure to take advantage of them. For example from their latest email:
I'm going to assume you meant 1million impressions. not 100000
Woops, no. I actually copy-pasted that from the email so it looks like that one was for CPC banner/text ads.
They do similar offers for CPV though.
Let me save you some time brotha...
Clicksor have ridiculous amounts of traffic, in many countries and i guess they cover most of the big niches out there.
1. I've got the "premium account" and i didn't pay 1 cent. show them you're serious, throw some past experiences with other traffic sources and let them know your actual plans for this specific campaign/s. trust me, you'll get the "full service attention and such".
2. If you're thinking of optimizing the campaigns you're running with them, good luck with that! there isn't any proper way of doing this with the tracking platforms out there (prosper/cpvlab). the whole purpose is knowing which placements are actually converting, you'll not get this info unless you're getting the "full service attention and such"... trust me, you don't want anyone to this for you.. especially with traffic monster like Clicksor.
3. Doesn't worth your testing budget bro.. there are plenty of traffic sources you can use with proper tracking.
Hope this helps.
By the way, you can use them (Clicksor) to create a retargeting list... go with category/keywords campaigns and place Adwords retargeting code on your landing page.
Clicksor traffic is really cheap, so atleast get the benefit of that.. :-) it would be much easier to track at the "placements level" with Adwords
thanks a lot
I tested some CPV traffic with them a couple years back and it converted like crap. YMMV.
