Is anyone using the new Google Analytics 'experiments' to do A/B/ landing page tests?
Looks like it's the new version of Google Website Optimizer, curious if anyone has used it with good results?
And the big question is:
Can Google Content Experiments track conversions that happen on 3rd party domains?
i.e. my site sends people to other sites to make purchases.
Hey, just saw this post. I've been using Google Analytics to do split testing for the last couple months and for me it's been great. I've mainly been using it to test new landing pages or funnels without having to go through Google's review process each time, which saves a bunch of time. I can't say for certain about tracking conversions on third party domains, but I'm 99% sure you could do that just by putting your google analytics code on their conversion page (assuming that's an option).
