How can I track a Pop Up Traffick?

Hello,

I am building my campaigns targeting Arab countries via pop up traffic bought from an Arabic advertising pop up network. The question now, is there a possibility to track conversions from various landing pages, various offers, and various websites?

So for example if I pushed offer A via landing page 1 and got a conversion from site X. Can my tracking software show that I got this conversion so I will be able to kill the non converting sites?

I really in need for your advice on this :-)
