With my recent success all over the IM , Its time for me that I needed to get into TrafficVance desperately and would be thankful if there is anyone who can give me a TrafficVance referral or help me get into this PPV source.

We knoe that trafficvance doesn't accept international affiliates but at the same time there have been exceptions..
I think you need someone who is an exception who can tell you what it needs and how to enter in..
Also Mehdi's suggestion could work as well but can you add your international credit card in trafficvance?? wont it get your account flagged??
