Any "good" networks that host rebill landing pages for affiliates?

I'm looking for any networks that will host LPs for US skin/diet so I can just send them clicks.

I've made tons of money over the years on US rebills but decided earlier this year to cut it all off. Got to a point where I had enough assets that the cash was not worth the FTC risk and have been focusing on other projects. However after talking to a few people and a lawyer I realize I can have my cake and eat it to if all I do is send the clicks while someone else hosts the LP so that's what I'm looking to do.

Any networks interested? I was doing about 10-15k/day revenue on skin alone the start of this year when I cut it off. Total if I can get things ramped up and with a good partner optimizing LPs/offers I could probably get back to 50k/day revenue which was where I was 2010.

So would the network get in trouble by the ftc for hosting it for you?

I know of one advertiser who's hosting the LP for their Green Coffee offer, but it's a straight sale. I doubt any rebill advertisers would be willing to assume the risk.

Pretty much - I'm looking for someone else to take the brunt of the legal risk. It's a risk for the network (see Copeac) but I know there are people at there willing to take the risk to make the money. Also of course those outside the US.

Can you PM contact info? I see so many Green Coffee CPS offers around I figure they must convert pretty decently which is all that matters at the end of the day for me.

i spoke to a guy a few weeks ago who was STILL running a flog... but had it reviewed by an FTC attorney and it was tweaked so it's clean.

he says he's still doing really well with it.

just throwing that out there.

even if they host the LP for you the bottleneck is the traffic source..they will give away your details if the FTC requests it. not sure who is liable then but if a good laywer gives you green light for it you should be fine.

If you run Rebills and you are worried about FTC compliance there are some main guidelines you should follow.

Collect real images and testimonials and comments from the advertisers, and get affidavits if you can.

Use a clearly visible (Disclosure: this website is compensated for clicks and purchases from this website. The reviews, images, and testimonials are real and provided by actual customers of these products.) Something along those lines will work fine.

So that's the biggest thing is using a Disclosure, and using real reviews. Also list the terms and conditions of the Rebill as well at the bottom. The FTC is concerned that you are providing accurate information to consumers, and informing them that you are compensated for this website and purchases from it, because that will affect the viewpoint of some consumers. The FTC is not out to get you with Rebills as long as you follow these guidelines you should not worry about running rebills.

The FTC is out to protect consumers, they are the good guys in every way. As a marketer you shouldn't be trying to guide people into signing up for something with unexpected consequences, so should disclose these things. Thus, you need to use your marketing skills to overpower peoples doubts and get them to convert, rather than conversion by information omission.
