Game Download Offers Like Gamevance?

I know they aren't allowed but how do we run them, I've tried rotating 5 games through 50 arcade game site URLs and nothing converts.

Im also direct linking, anyone got these to work?

never did huge volume though.....

We have a bunch of them on EWA and incent ones on BLAM Ads if you're interested.
