Leadimpact charged a bid price different from the bid I set!

I had 1 url with zero competition and a set minimum bid price of 0.015

After getting some traffic from this url, I looked at my account balance and noticed that the amount spent exceeded what would have actually cost me if the bid price of 0.015 was used. I was charged 0.05/view instead!

So, I went to have a look at the bid price of that url again. The "new" minimum bid price I was charged (ie; 0.05) was NOT reflected there. I'm still seeing 0.015 as my minimum bid, even though they overcharged me 0.05! (My category hasn't been changed; I selected Government > Public Services)

Has anyone of you experienced this???

Seems more like click discrepancy to me
I mean.. did you receive (i.e.) 400 clicks and paid for 500 ?
