So I am running into a weird issue when trying to track mobile on GDN. I am using the {placement} token to pass the siteid into mobile optimized 202, however a majority of the time, the {placement} token returns a encrypted URL like this:
mbappgeydambrfvqtcndgge4tgojyg5rdaojug4888888.com
When I try to go match the URL in Adwords, the Adwords placement report actually shows the stats of unencrypted Placements where your ad was show like this:
Mobile App: Flashlight (Google Play), by Intellectual Flame Co., Ltd.
Therefore, I have no idea how to match up and track the converting placement, since they are represented by two different values.
Does anyone know how to properly track mobile on GDN? Or have a better solution for optimizing conversions on various placements/apps?
