My XY7Elite payment, Wait One Year, Who can help me? (13)
XY7Elite is the first Affiliate Network i work with, but i am not get pay Sep 2011 and Oct 2011, so i change to other Network, and i send email many times to Kevin De Vincenzi and Rhianna Ross, but no one reply me. any one get money from it? and what can i do?
call them? posting here won't help you thats the wrong way to deal with stuff like that.
Are you an international affiliate with wire payments? I am guessing there is a $1000 minimum before they pay out (like almost any other network).
I doubt that. He would have been sent a cheque anyways. Was there problem with your traffic?
i get a paypal pay in 2012, only $15, they say this is from "Direct Calls", i ask why Sep 2011 and Oct 2011 money not send to me, they not reply me again.
I've been paid from them in the past fine but haven't used them in ages. I would assume it might have something to do with the amount you have made, double check there isn't a $1000 minimum on wires. If you have selected wire as your payment method I doubt they will send a cheque out to you.
Was all this from direct calls? I know there was a problem with some fraud traffic on direct calls.
Do you have Kevin the owners email? He's usually pretty responsive.
