Im looking for a network that has insurance offers mainly car that I can run on my site. I dont want to have to link to the offerpage and then have them insert the zipcode, just want it on my own site above the fold and below will I have my content as usual and rank the sites.
Not sure exactly what its called, but I hope I got across what I was looking for.

SureHits, BrokersWeb, WebJuice, there are plenty more.. Lead pricing will go up/down according to quality and they have limits on how much crap they can take
+1 for Brokersweb. I used to be an employee so I'm a little biased. But Insurance is a huge vertical that generates massive revenue and these guys are the best in the biz.
The deal with insurance is very simple
If you can deliver quality, you can choose who to work with and basically set the rates.
If you delivery volume but less quality, you have to move around the brokers as they will cap your leads, and expect to get a much lower CPL.
