I'm selling it...for the right people

Hey guys,

Unfortunately, I'm going to sell CrazyCTR (for the right price and the right person). It's not about business, it's just because how the life is, something unexpected happened and unfortunately it needs cash.

I don't think I need to make the introduction, I think most of you know about CrazyCTR, you know how useful it is and what people think about it. if not, check out this thread for proof http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...ons-in-no-time

In my heart I don't want to sell it, in fact, if I don't find the right person and the right price I better go to the bank and get a loan, but I know that here(that's why i don't go to flippa) are lots of guys passionate about affiliate marketing and wants to invest in a profitable business with huge potential...and grow it to something big.

I know many of you want to invest in something long-term AND ALSO related to your first love, affiliate marketing. I'm saying this because affiliates will always be looking to increase their CTRs, today, tomorrow and in the next years as well.

I don't think I need to make too much sale on this, if you are in aff marketing you can see the value and the potential this product has.

Regarding the business:
- proven profitable product(in fact the margins are ultra-high)
- it's developed to be scalable and cost-efficient(took me some time to get the best combinations to make it so efficient)
- it's fully automated
- i didn't do any marketing besides posting on few forums, most sales I got are from word-of-mouth..that's why you, marketing gurus, can make it huge with your expertise

What you'll get:
- full source code in Ruby On Rails
- the domain and marketing website
- the current subscribers on Plimus (we'll contact them to send the subscribers to your Plimus account)
- the heroku account where the application is hosted
- and my help when you need it

About the price...PM for that only if you really are interested...what I can say about it that even if it's a long term investment, with the right marketing and connections, in few months you'll get the investment back...and REMEMBER, it's perpetual income which accumulates each month.

So anyone who is genuinely interested to invest his hard-earned money in something loved by aff marketers, hit me with a PM.

Cheers

Ok guys. So I got more offers than I expected and after talking with the ones interested, I think the best will be to offer 50% ownership and I'll do the tech/programming stuff and the other part to take care of marketing, and will split profits.

However, I'm also selling full....for the right price.

PS: I'm currently having 7 real offers on the table(not bluffing) so please, ask only if you are really interested and have the resource to market it.

I want to make sure you all understand what I'm selling, because I repeated this many times.

This is a startup, I'm evaluating it as a startup, on the potential it has and the cost-efficiency, especially the self-growth, i would be stupid (there are startups with no revenue, almost inexistent amount of users, and got sold really high) to evaluate just on revenue. In the price I'll gave you is included the development cost, the testing I made, the huge potential it has, the awarness it got(most traffic comes from word of mouth).

To counter-offer, few said to me about the costs to build from scractch...well, think about it:
- if you don't have the coders you need to find them, are they the right ones?
- you need to make the specifications and designs for the codes...they follow them properly?
- they will also encounter problems like I did, and they need to spend time to solve them...and may ask you for workarounds like: "well, can't we drop this off and make like this"...i got lot's of this, but I made sure i got the best solution since I built it for myself
- are the coders the right guys to make it so scalable and so efficient like CrazyCTR is now...maybe yes. but for what price and time?
- are they dedicated enough to struggle and get the best solutions

Let's say you finally got the first version over, how you handle the testing...you need to talk with the users and ask for feedback, report bugs, than get back to developers to solve the bugs... CrazyCTR now is almost bug free.

And finally, how much is your time, the stress you'll get, the risks involved in developing it costing to you?

To make a great product, you need to think and get through all the aspects above... so if we gonna compare the value of CrazyCTR with a product built from scratch think about these things

I may be wrong but when you make a business plan, the building costs should be covered by the customers, not by next owner.
The buyers however have to pay a value that is 10x to 20x (or even more) of the earnings.

yes, for an established business, not for a 6 month old startup.but even so, if i evaluate it on that basis, the price will be much higher than i ask for.

The deal is still up guys...

I would love a partnership with somebody who has marketing resources and who can push aff marketing traffic pretty easily. Also, the full sale deal is still open.
