Most of the above suggestions fucking blow
- Never heard of retargeter
- Sitescout cat blocks all affiliate offers on tier1 shorttail sites, enough said
- Adroll does not work with affiliates
- Bizo is primarily a business demographic data aggregator. You're unlikely to reach any sort of scale retargeting using their first-party data alone.
The best thing to do is work with a DSP who has no objection to running most affiliate campaigns, plugs into every tier1 and tier2 RTB seller, and can integrate data from 10+ data aggregators like Bizo. My suggestion is Triggit (based here in SF)
