Referrer page from LI traffic in CPVlab

Hi,

Is there a way to see the referrer page details from the traffic coming from LI in CPVlab?

traffic from LI doesn't have a referrer, they only pass the keyword/URLs that triggered the popup

I got a similar question a while ago but forgot to ask it here...

in cpvlab, if you click "stats" then "visitor stats" and choose "show referrer page", you'll see a column called "referrer domain" in the stats section. most of the time it's blank but sometimes I could see a few domains listed there...and it didn't make any sense cos those domains have absolutely nothing to do with the offer....

not sure if it has anything to do with LI either....

I get that in prosper also. I suspect it's an artifact from some spy software/script.

just in case it may help, here is the templated answer from LI "You can enable Keywords Pass-through on Edit Landing Page. When enabled, it appends the keyword that triggered your ad to the end of your URL string. If you have the ability to track your site through Web logs or other third-party tracking systems, then you can go view your reports and track the actions of the visitors.

Even with these settings you can't see the page referrer...

sometimes TV and LI show referrers.

These are not the URLs of the sites the popup triggered.

They are some kinds of adserver.

Especially with TV I see them often.

here's a list of referrer domains I've found in my cpvlab on LI:


localhost
lady-killing.com
internetautoguide.com
supervideoslots.com
cs.r2games.com
fastcash4homes.zbuyer.com
old0.eboom.com
branddealonline.com

none of them has anything to do with the offer...

I wanted to use page referrers in order to see if my targets were targeted enough and double check the quality of the traffic, I'll need to find another way then. I'll keep you posted if I can find something.
