STM Mobile Help!

I've been dealing with tracking issues for quite some time now.
Not sure if it's on my end or the program.

I'm using the STM mobile tracker and for some reason none of my leads are
being tracked.

I'm using the advance postback url.
But I have also tried the simple pixel.

Nothing with either.

Steps for setting up your Postback URL:









This is the final step, after you grab the link as in step 3, you need to append your CPA network's subid variable into your link, for example if you're using Neverblue ( different networks have different subid variables to pass ):

http://p202example.com/tracking202/static/gpb.php?amount=&subid={subid}

Then you will be using the final link above to place into your Neverblue account where the postback URL needs to be placed, if you're not sure where to place it, always hit up your CPA network affiliate manager as they will tell you what you need to do.

You're using a postback URL - so you need to pass subids through properly for this to work at all. But you said you were using javascript tracking in and out? If that's the case an image pixel or javascript pixel on the offer end is more appropriate as any javascript tracking is going to be done client-side. With a postback URL you're going to have to pass subids the whole way through and not rely on javascript.
