If I force https on the cpvlab subdomain, Do all my postback URLs have to be https as well? Will that ever interfere with them firing on certain offers?
Probably. Why would you use non-https if you force https anyway? The post would be made to your webserver to http://mytracker.com but the webserver probably 302's it to https://mytracker.com. It is possible to automatically repost data but likely/probably not default behaviour
Ha, i just had a similar issue and you gotta have it all set to https
