you can get dedicated/private NL proxys here http://www.anonymous-proxies.net/ind...=site/coverage

you should never use shared ips for fb!

Im a noob at this! I live in NL too, if I want a new IP to make a FB account do I buy a VPS or proxy? Had a look at http://anonymous-proxies.net/ and it gives the option " Show Ips good for facebook. If you want to use the Ip's for facebook please chose from this list" is that the one i should be after?

This one looks good too https://www.astrill.com/

I got my personal FB account banned that I used for ads, so setting up a new one now. However I do wan't to be able to login to my personal fb acc and the new one at the same time. Can I then run from two IP's at same time?

Just a theory since I haven't tried it myself but what you could do if you're worried about logging in at the same time, is setting up a virtual machine for each account. Then have a different VPN or proxy for each box and have all you traffic go over a different connection (heck you could even manage multiple accounts at the same time and not worry ).
