adfonic rep ?

Is there anyone currently working with an adfonic rep. ?

I have been trying to contact them to block some traffic to my campaigns but seems like their support response very slow.

Does anyone has a contact that can help ?

What traffic are you looking to block? They don't pass publisher/siteIDs so you can't block different sources. And everything else you should be able to do from the interface.

Their support is indeed slow, but they're in the UK and don't work weekends so take that into consideration as well.

I've tried to call and ask for a rep but they said they don't have em. But if anyone has a contact please share or PM. Thanks

I am working on Canada traffic, seen lots of non-converting traffic from Rogers Cable and wanted to block them and some publisher ids (am using the %publication% token), sent them a request through contact form a week ago and still no reply till date, sent them another email to support @ adfonic.com a couple of hours, no reply yet.

Also, there seems to be a lot of bad clicks if you bid minimum or a cent more.

Any insights ?

Adfonic "is not set up" to block specific publisher IDs, per my last conversation with them in August. I've asked once a month, usually when they ask me why I'm not spending anymore. I don't know why they would pass the pub variable if they're not going to let anyone use it.

I am pausing the campaigns there until there is a way to block traffic or a way to redirect traffic to another offer (perhaps LP or some IP redirection script), no point draining cash without any options to optimize

JumpTap (need your rep to block - but you can usually figure out the associated category to block), MobFox, TapIt are a few that let you optimize publishers/sites.
