As you may know the Google Ad Planner is not functional in terms of searching sites and demographic info out of the Google Display Network reach..
Do you have any alternatives?
Oh, i'm lookng for an international tool, which can show data base on european countries, and not just for the US.
i havent found one
quantcast is ok but very US centric

Is there another tool that will give you an idea of the number of impressions per day/month for any given site in any given country?
Alexa is good for giving a ranking, but if it actually gives rough numbers somewhere too I've not seen it.

I was looking around to see how I can get signed up to google ad planner and I come across this post. Lol. Saved me the time. Now time to look for alternatives.

This is why I don't rely or even bother with google.
Yeah, Google is sure a bitch. But, a necessary bitch for regular people.
Pretty much just use WRW, quantcast and alexa now. Once I start making larger buys, I might give comscore's admetrix a try..though it's super expensive (~$50k+/yr)
