Hey guys I have a lot of fitness related traffic and would love to create my own "Fitness Only" dating website. I checked out white label dating for a minute but I don't want to send all my leads to a third party. Thats why i came. I would love to JV with someone who owns their own site, or has the know how of how it works.

Why don't you consider trying something like whitelabeldating to start?
I used to run my own adult dating site and its fairly easy to do. If you dont have any programming knowledge, hire a freelancer to do modifications to an existing script for you.
Find a script that sells with the source code and load it up with fake profiles. Once your fake profiles are in, tell the programmer that you need to be able to control all fake profiles, send messages from them, set up auto responders and stuff like that. Then setup geo groups, so a certain amount of chicks will always be in the same region as the guy who signs up..
As you grow you start outsourcing your fake profiles for pennies on the dollar.
Then you start setting up proper (shady) credit card processing, charge them for premium memberships, offer all kinds of freebies at premium rates and your in the green in no time.
Thats a blueprint to your own dating site right there.
Is this what dating offers are?
Most dating offers are run by companies rather than affiliates.
Many of them are white label in that they are different graphical front ends that interact with the same back end user database.
It's all about framing the offer in a different way but at the same time leveraging a large user base.
